Frequently asked questions
Do you bring your own water and electricity
Yes! We come fully equipped with all the chemicals, supplies and equipment we need to do the job. Including our own water and power.
How long does a detail usually take?
Most details take 2-4 hours, depending on the condition, size of the vehicle and package you choose. Full details or heavily soiled/stained vehicles may take anywhere from 3-8 hours to fully complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Cash and all major Credit/Debit cards.
Payment is due upon completion of services.
Do I need to be present during the detail?
No- you're free to go about your day, we'll notify you when service is complete. Keys are handed back after payment is complete.
How often should I get my vehicle detailed?
For best results, we recommend a full detail every 3-6 months with maintenance washes and details in between to fully protect your vehicle.
What areas do you service?
we service all of Fort Worth and surrounding areas. I come directly to your home, workplace or preferred location.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! digital eGift Cards are available on the website and can be used for my detailing packages. Just hit the navigation button, find Gift Cards, and place your order. eGift Cards can be sent by text message or email and can be saved in text messages, emails or to apple wallets.
Do you clean heavily soiled or pet hair filled vehicles?
Yes, but extra time, labor and charges may apply. If your vehicle needs extra attention, you'll see "add-ons" during the booking process.
