Maintenance Package Expectations & Policy

Our maintenance packages are designed to maintain a vehicle that has already been properly detailed by us -- not to restore heavily soiled/dirty vehicles.

What to Expect:
Maintenance services are intended for vehicles that are:
-Regularly cleaned
-Free of excessive pet hair, sand, mud, dirt, stains or heavy build up
-Kept on a consistent service schedule

When these conditions are met your vehicle will stay clean, protected, and easy to maintain based on the package you choose.

First Visit Requirement:
If your vehicle has not been professionally detailed by us before starting a maintenance plan, an initial full detail is required to establish a proper baseline condition.

Condition Based Pricing
Maintenance pricing assumes normal, light cleaning.
If a vehicle is in worse condition than expected, additional charges may apply for:
-Excessive dirt, debris, pet hair, mud, sand, ect...
-Heavy stains, spills, soils or odors
-Neglected interiors or exteriors

Any price adjustments will be discussed and approved before we begin.

A single annual package paid upfront that covers the client for the entire year.

-2 Bi-weekly details every month

-3 Full details (use anytime during the year)
-1 Free headlight restoration or Engine bay detail
-5 Emergency clean ups (use anytime during the year)
-Members only discount on any add-on service, anytime
-Weather reschedule protection (if it rains, you automatically get first dibs on any open appointment slot on the bookings schedule.)
-Give one friend a 50% discount on any regular detailing package
-Free upgrade on your birthday

Yearly Maintenance Eligibility, Rules & Conditions:

Vehicle Eligibility:
-To be eligible for maintenance packages, each vehicle must first receive a full detail to reset its condition before maintenance can begin.
-Each yearly plan applies to one vehicle for the entire year.
-Plans cannot be shared, transferred between vehicles, or swapped between household vehicles.
-Households obtaining a yearly package for more than one vehicle will receive a multi-package discount. The amount of the discount will depend on the number of vehicles and their respective sizes. (To receive the discount all vehicles must be owned by persons within the same households and plans must be started together.)

Payment & Duration:
-All yearly plans are paid upfront and are non-refundable after the first service is complete.
-Each plan is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
-Pricing is guaranteed for the duration of the plan.

Number of Services:
-Each plan includes a set number of details and bonus services listed in the package description.
-Unused services do not roll over to the next year.

Scheduling & Rescheduling:
-Clients are responsible for scheduling and rescheduling their appointments throughout the year
-A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment without voiding it
-You get one forgiven missed appointment per year that can still be rescheduled
-Any additional no-shows, late cancellations, or same day reschedules will count as a completed visit.

Condition of the Vehicle:
-Yearly plans are designed for regular maintenance
-Excessive dirt/mud, pet hair, stains, spills, or situations beyond typical maintenance may require additional charges

Plan Renewal:
-You may renew anytime
-Renewing before expiration locks in current pricing,
